iPad 2 can be updated to iOS 9.3 without activation error

Apple has finally released a modified version of iOS 9.3 build 12E236 for iPad 2 to fix update issue.
New build 12E236 of iOS 9.3 solved activation problem that appeared after updating iPad 2 to iOS 9.3 build 12E233.
If you haven’t updated yet to iOS 9.3 feel free to do it.
If you have bricked iPad because of activation error don’t fear to update your iPad once again. Try it again via iTunes.
But before that make sure that you have the latest version ot iTunes software on your PC or Mac.
There is an option to update to iOS 9.3 by restoring iPad 2 in iTunes using previously downloaded iOS 9.3 build 13E236.

Once you download 13E236 how do you install it? i have it in my downloads but I have no idea what to do next.
@Gregg, have you already updated to iOS 9.3 and have an activation issue of do you have the previous versions of iOS on your iPad?

yes i have updated to 9.3 and have the lock out problem. when i put the iPad into recovery mode and update via iTunes what is provided is 9.2 however after successful update i still have the lock out.
I am sorry to hear that you couldn’t update to iOS 9.3. Hope that you still quite optimistic about iOS 9.3.
It seems to me that your iPad is not 2, isn’t it?
Apple has another new fix in the works, but you’ll need to sit it out for a few more days.
